Terms & Conditions

  • All Mail Order items must be delivered to the card holders address
  • All collected items must be paid for by chip and pin, paypal or bank transfer
  • The guarantee is for the part only; it does not cover any labour or third party costs which may be involved
  • All of our items are used, taken from dismantled / damaged vehicles unless stated otherwise
  • All items will be tested to the best of our ability however this is all dependent on the state of the donor vehicle
  • All mail order items will be packaged to the best of our ability to avoid any damages in transit

Privacy Policy

  • Only at the point of sale would any payment details be required.
  • No payment details such as credit & debit card information will be stored by ourselves in any form
  • Once received and processed all payment details will be discarded
  • We may store personal details such as name and address for marketing purposes. We will ask for your permission before contacting you at point of sale
  • We will not pass any of your details onto anyone else
  • Phone calls are not recorded at present

Shipping Policy

  • All Mail Order items must be delivered to the card holders address
  • All collected items must be paid for by chip and pin, paypal or bank transfer
  • All items must be checked for any damage before signing for in good condition
  • We are unable to offer any refund or replacement of damaged items which are signed for in good condition
  • All orders will be dispatched within 4 working days. If we cannot for whatever reason manage this, we will call to inform you and update you
  • We use Royal Mail, Yodel, DBL Logistics, Parcel Force, UPS and TNT couriers for dispatching our items
  • All items will be delivered within 3 workings days from leaving our premises. This is dependent on someone being home to sign for the goods, weather courier issues and bank holidays
  • All returned items must be sent tracked and tarced so we can confirm they have been received back to us.
  • Items must be received by ourselves within the 14 day returns period
  • Shipping costs are to mainland UK. For all address’ outside of mainland UK you will need to contact us for a shipping cost. This includes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland
  • We will only cover return postage costs if the item is faulty (within the 14-day return period) or incorrectly supplied
  • We do not cover returns costs for any correctly supplied items
  • We will not cover return postage costs for any items which develop a fault or malfunction outside of the 14-day return policy which are covered within the product guarantee

Refunds and Cancellations

  • All refunds will be processed within 24 hours
  • Returned items must be received back at our premises before being refunded
  • All refunds will be refunded to the original source of where the funds were received from. For example, if you have paid by card you will be refunded to the same card.
  • All cancellations must be made the same day to avoid a restocking fee, any which are afterwards will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover time and wages, unless we are unable to deliver on something described in this policy
